Job Summary

Henderson Behavioral Health is seeking a skilled and compassionate Clinical Team Specialist to join our Mobile Response Team. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing crisis intervention services to individuals in need.

About the Role

  • \
  • Provide crisis intervention services to individuals in mental health crises, utilizing evidence-based practices and trauma-informed care.\
  • Assess clients in community-based settings and develop comprehensive treatment plans to address their unique needs.\
  • Collaborate with law enforcement, courts, and other community organizations to ensure seamless service delivery.\
  • Work closely with our clinical leadership team to develop and implement best practices in crisis intervention and mental health care.\

Requirements

  • \
  • Masters degree in psychology, social work, or related field.\
  • Registered licensed intern in the State of Florida (LMHC, LCSW, LMFT).\
  • 2 years of post-graduate practice experience in mental health field work preferred.\
  • Experience working with individuals with severe and persistent mental illnesses, co-occurring disorders, and youth disorders.\
  • Ability to assess clients in community-based situations and render appropriate diagnosis and action plan.\
  • Valid Florida driver's license and auto liability insurance required.\
