Job Summary

The Licensed Clinical Social Worker is a key member of our team, responsible for providing initial evaluations and individual and group therapy to patients. This role requires a strong understanding of geriatric mental health, as well as excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial evaluations and assessments of patients' mental health needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to address patients' mental health challenges
  • Provide group therapy sessions to patients with similar mental health needs
  • Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate medical records
Requirements:
  • Master's degree in social work
  • Current licensure as a Licensed Clinical Social Worker
  • At least three years of experience in behavioral healthcare, preferably in a primary care setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
