Rutgers University seeks a highly qualified Pediatric Critical Care Instructor/Assistant Professor to join our esteemed faculty. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for teaching and mentoring students in the field of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and deliver high-quality educational programs for students and residents in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine.
- Conduct research and publish scholarly work in the field of Pediatric Critical Care Medicine.
- Provide clinical expertise and mentorship to students and residents.
- Participate in departmental and university service activities.
Requirements
- Eligible candidates will have a MD (medical degree) diploma and be BC/BE physician in Pediatric Critical Care Medicine.
- Strong teaching and mentoring skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in academic medicine and teaching.
- Research experience and publication record.
