Job Description

Memorial Sloan Kettering Cancer Center is seeking a Pediatric Oncologist to join our team. As a member of our Academic Pediatric Oncology Service, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care, conducting research, and educating medical trainees.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Direct patient care for pediatric general oncology
  • Clinical responsibilities include inpatient oncology service, stem cell transplant service, and primary care of outpatients
  • Educational initiatives delivering curriculum on pediatric oncology for medical trainees
  • Protected time for academic pursuits based on candidate interests

Requirements:

  • Full and unrestricted license to practice medicine in the State of New York
  • Doctor of Medicine (MD) or equivalent
  • Board-certified in Pediatrics and Board-certified or Board-eligible in Pediatric Hematology/Oncology
  • Eligible for appointment at an academic rank ranging from Instructor to Assistant or Associate Professor

  • Excellent communication skills and passion for teaching
  • Ability to work in a team environment

What We Offer:

  • Competitive salary range: $165,000 - $403,500
  • Supplemental performance-based pay and one-time payments
