About the Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Environmental Services Supervisor to join our team at Lifespace Communities. As a key member of our Environmental Services team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of cleanliness and quality in our communities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct daily quality assurance inspections to ensure work meets our high standards.
  • Inspect guest rooms and common areas to ensure cleanliness and excellent show appearance.
  • Coordinate and assist with room transfers and spring cleaning projects.
  • Coordinate the work schedules and procedures of the department.
  • Ensure all team members have completed training on equipment, chemicals, and community policies.
  • Monitor equipment and supplies used in daily operations and conduct monthly inventories.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Three to five years of applicable experience or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • A state-issued driver's license with a clear driving record.
