Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Respiratory Care Practitioner to join our team at Asante. As a Respiratory Care Practitioner, you will play a critical role in providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our healthcare team.

Responsibilities
  • Assess, educate, and treat patients with cardiopulmonary disorders using scientific principles and biomedical engineering technology.
  • Conduct respiratory care duties in adult intensive care units, emergency rooms, and pediatric floors as applicable.
  • Manage blood gas labs and perform other responsibilities as assigned.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Respiratory Therapy or a related science preferred.
  • Current licensure by the state of Oregon and experience specific to the posted Advanced Practitioner specialty position required.
  • Current or former RRT (Registered Respiratory Therapist) by the National Board for Respiratory Care (NBRC) must be obtained within 6 months of hire.
  • Basic Life Support for the Healthcare Provider certified by American Heart Association (AHA) required upon start.
