Your duties will include assisting in updating work instructions, issuing quality alerts, and overseeing sorting activities to maintain production standards. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $23.25.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 4 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts and support overtime, including nights and weekends, based on customer needs
• Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Word and Excel
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Experience with internal auditing under TS-16949 is a plus
• Proficiency in AIAG core tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, etc.)
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to support departmental performance goals

What You'll Do as a Quality Auditor:

• Conduct scheduled process audits to verify adherence to control plans
• Perform first-off audits in the assigned department, ensuring completion of required information before production runs
• Carry out receiving inspections to confirm that purchased components meet specifications
• Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining work instructions in alignment with control plans
• Create and distribute quality alerts as necessary
• Oversee and ensure proper supervision of all required sorting activities
• Perform other tasks as assigned
