As a Quality Auditor, you will be responsible for conducting audits, inspections, and quality checks to ensure compliance with control plans. Your duties will include assisting in updating work instructions, issuing quality alerts, and overseeing sorting activities to maintain production standards. This is a direct-hire opportunity with a competitive hourly rate of $23.25.

What We're Looking For:

• At least 4 years of experience in the automotive industry
• Flexibility to work assigned shifts and support overtime, including nights and weekends, based on customer needs
• Proficient in computer skills, particularly with Word and Excel
• Leadership experience is a plus
• Experience with internal auditing under TS-16949 is a plus
• Proficiency in AIAG core tools (FMEA, Control Plan, SPC, MSA, etc.)
• Strong decision-making skills and ability to work independently
• Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives to support departmental performance goals

What You'll Do as a Quality Auditor:

• Conduct scheduled process audits to verify adherence to control plans
• Perform first-off audits in the assigned department, ensuring completion of required information before production runs
• Carry out receiving inspections to confirm that purchased components meet specifications
• Assist in developing, updating, and maintaining work instructions in alignment with control plans
• Create and distribute quality alerts as necessary
• Oversee and ensure proper supervision of all required sorting activities
• Perform other tasks as assigned
