  • Schedule/Availability Requirements: Primarily Midshifts, hour shifts
  • Duties: Routine ER duties; Codes; ER locums don't have a lot of trauma responsibilities
  • EMR: EPIC
  • Travel Preferences: Preferred Lodging: Preferred hotels; Air Travel: Local, preferred but not required
  • Credentialing Information: 60 days (completed application needs to be returned to facility 48 hours after receipt)
  • Billing enrollment: No
Requirements
  • Active Unrestricted NE License: Not Required to submit, must be willing to obtain prior to start
  • Board Certification: Board Certified, Board Eligible
  • Other Certifications: ACLS, ATLS, BLS, PALS
  • Availability at time of name clear: Required
  • Training: Completion of an ACGME/AOA approved Emergency Medicine residency program
  • Experience: Actively practicing as an Emergency Medicine Physician for the last 12 months or completion of an Emergency Medicine Residency in the last 6 months
  • Clean Malpractice: Required
