Key Responsibilities- Perform delegated patient activities as assigned by licensed nursing personnel to achieve patient care goals in the emergency services environment.
- Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and mobility assistance.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient outcomes and satisfaction.
- Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification or equivalent.
- Minimum of 18 years of age and high school education or equivalent.
- Completion of a certified nursing assistant program or experience in direct patient care.
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification from an American Heart Association (AHA) endorsed program.
- Direct patient care experience.
- Knowledge of computer data entry and word processing.
- Basic knowledge of medical terminology.
