Process Control Engineer

The Process Control Engineer plays a crucial role in monitoring and upholding superior quality standards while managing both manual and automated industrial equipment. This position involves reporting any discrepancies to the supervising authority and ensuring the safety, quality, and productivity of the operational area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Operate and maintain automated industrial machinery
  • Identify and report safety and quality concerns
  • Adhere to company Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs), and relevant regulations
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams for operational enhancements
  • Guide and train new technicians while supporting various plant departments
  • Conduct inspections and maintain cleanliness on the production line
  • Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives
  • Develop troubleshooting documentation
  • Execute additional tasks as assigned by management

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering is preferred
  • Up to 2 years of experience in an industrial or food production environment
  • Basic proficiency in computer applications, particularly Excel
  • Familiarity with Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES), SAP, Siemens PCS7, Simatic batch, and Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) is advantageous
  • Effective communication skills in English are essential
