Job Overview


We are seeking an Electronics Assembly Technician to join our team at McGrath RentCorp. In this role, you will be responsible for following standard procedures and established guidelines to reimagine, virus scan, update firmware, functionally test, and calibrate test equipment.



About the Role


This is a production-focused position that requires high volume output while maintaining high quality standards. As an Electronics Assembly Technician, you will work closely with our team to ensure efficient and effective equipment testing and calibration.



Responsibilities


Your key responsibilities will include:



  • Following standard procedures and established guidelines for reimaging, virus scanning, updating firmware, functional testing, and calibrating test equipment;
  • Maintaining high volume production levels while upholding high quality standards;
  • Working collaboratively with our team to ensure efficient equipment testing and calibration processes;
  • Providing support to other team members as needed.


Requirements


To be successful in this role, you will need:



  • A strong understanding of electronics assembly principles and practices;
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills;
  • The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment;
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
