Tenet Massachusetts is seeking a skilled Mental Health Therapist to join our team at MetroWest Medical Center in Framingham, Massachusetts.

Job Summary

We are looking for a dedicated and compassionate Mental Health Therapist to provide high-quality care to adult patients. As a member of our multidisciplinary team, you will work closely with nurses, doctors, and other healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide individual and group therapy sessions to adult patients with mental health issues.
  • Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement treatment plans.
  • Conduct initial psychological assessments and provide ongoing support to patients.
  • Participate in milieu therapy and lead or assist in group sessions.
  • Document patient progress and maintain accurate records.
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in psychology or a related field.
  • Experience working with adult patients with mental health issues.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of therapeutic techniques and modalities.
