- Communicate with families, physicians, and other healthcare professionals as directed and appropriate.
- Mentor caregiving Team Members in areas of resident services, promoting a culture of respect and confidentiality.
- Assist with creating and maintaining a calm environment and atmosphere of warmth, personal interest, and positive emphasis throughout the community.
- Current LPN/LVN or RN license in the community's state.
- Minimum 1-year experience in nursing, preferably in geriatric care.
