Key Responsibilities- Assist residents with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Provide basic routine nursing and household duties to promote a safe and comfortable environment
- Work collaboratively with the nursing team to coordinate daily care tasks and life engagement
- Perform under the supervision of a licensed nurse (RN or LPN) at all times

Providence Extended Care is a unique Long-Term Care Facility that offers a different type of care experience. Our residents live in a series of cottages, each with their own in-house cook, housekeeper, and nursing team. Our cottages feature in-ceiling lift systems, heated sidewalks, and beautiful scenery, providing a safe and comfortable environment for our patients.
