About the Job:

We are seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to join our team in supporting students with special needs in K-12 educational settings. This is an excellent opportunity for a therapist who wants to make a meaningful impact and work collaboratively with teachers and parents.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement individualized occupational therapy interventions to support students' academic and functional skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create effective therapy plans that address sensory, motor, and cognitive needs.
• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and measure progress.
• Provide direct therapy services and document all sessions and progress accurately.
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to the development of goals and accommodations.

Requirements:

• Masters or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy and Indiana OT license.
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.

Earnings Estimate: The estimated salary range for this position is between $65,000 and $90,000 per year, depending on qualifications and experience.
