Occupational Therapist

Soliant is seeking a dedicated Occupational Therapist to support students in K-12 educational settings near Speedway, Indiana.

This full-time opportunity provides an excellent chance to enhance the functional independence and academic participation of students. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1+ years of occupational therapy experience and be licensed as an OT in the state of Indiana.

• Develop individualized occupational therapy interventions to support students' academic and functional skills.
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other school staff to create effective therapy plans that address sensory, motor, and cognitive needs.
• Conduct assessments to identify student needs and measure progress.
• Provide direct therapy services and document all sessions and progress accurately.

• OT: Master's or Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy and Indiana OT license.
• COTA: Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy and Indiana COTA license.
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is preferred but not required.
