Key Responsibilities- Guest Interaction: Greet every guest warmly, ensuring a friendly atmosphere through eye contact and verbal acknowledgments.
- Room Preparation: Methodically enter guest rooms, adhering to protocols for access and ensuring the space is vacant before proceeding.
- Supplies Management: Replenish guest amenities and room supplies in accordance with established standards, including linens, toiletries, and other essentials.
- Cleaning Duties: Execute thorough cleaning of bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas, including dusting, vacuuming, and sanitizing surfaces.
- Maintenance Reporting: Identify and report any maintenance issues or supply shortages to ensure guest satisfaction and safety.
- Security Practices: Uphold security measures by keeping room doors locked and reporting any suspicious activities to maintain a safe environment.
Candidates must be capable of:
- Moving, lifting, and carrying objects weighing up to 25 pounds independently and heavier items with assistance.
- Handling housekeeping carts and equipment over various surfaces.
- Engaging in physical activities such as bending, twisting, and standing for extended periods.
