About the Job

We are seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our team at IntelyCare, a nurse-founded company that prioritizes work-life balance and provides a range of benefits to its employees.

Job Responsibilities
  • Provide high-quality nursing care to residents in post-acute care facilities
  • Monitor vital signs and report any concerns to the broader nursing team
  • Observe residents' conditions and alert supervising staff to any emergencies
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living (ADLs) such as toileting, grooming, and feeding
  • Maintain a clean and sanitary environment by changing linens and sanitizing surfaces
  • Communicate effectively with residents, family members, and healthcare staff
  • Provide daily companionship and comfort to residents
Qualifications and Skills
  • Current Massachusetts Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) certification
  • Knowledge of medical terms and basic nursing care procedures
  • Strong observational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate effectively
