Physical Therapy Assistant Opportunity

Visiting Rehab and Nursing Services is a dynamic and clinician-owned home healthcare agency that prioritizes a strong work-life balance and provides ongoing support to its clinicians. We are seeking a skilled Physical Therapy Assistant to join our team in serving the Southborough residential area of Massachusetts.

Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-quality physical therapy treatments to individuals in their homes
  • Monitor patients' progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Provide education and guidance to patients and families on exercises and activities
  • Maintain accurate patient records and document treatments

Requirements:
  • MA Physical Therapy Assistant (PTA) license
  • Minimum of 1-year experience as a Physical Therapy Assistant
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks, use a computer, including electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Compensation:

$37-$40 per visit, in addition to benefits
