Body Shop Disassembly Technician

Are you a skilled mechanic looking for a new challenge? Do you have experience with vehicle disassembly and repair? We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Body Shop Disassembly Technician to join our team at Steve Padgett's Danville Honda.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Disassemble damaged vehicles in our state-of-the-art damage analysis stations
  • De-trim and disassemble vehicles with precision and attention to detail
  • Identify necessary vehicle repair and make recommendations to our team
  • Prepare vehicles for body repair work
  • Document any additional repairs needed and any additional parts and labor required to perform a satisfactory repair
  • Document difficulties problems that may prevent a quality job from being performed or cause a change in the promised completion date
  • Assist Body Technicians with reassembly
  • Use Technology to capture video and still photographs
  • Maintain a clean and safe work environment
  • Comply with company policy
  • Perform Other Duties as Assigned
Requirements:
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Strong time management skills
  • Basic computer skills
  • Ability to type efficiently
  • Own your own tools
  • Valid in-state driver's license and automobile insurance
  • Clean driving record
  • Must be at least 21 years of age
