This Clinical Coordinator position is responsible for overseeing daily operations and ensuring quality patient care in a dialysis facility. The role involves managing staff, coordinating patient care, and maintaining regulatory compliance.
Duties and Responsibilities- Manage the daily decisions to ensure continuity of care and maintain patient and staff safety
- Supervise all documentation of patient information
- Assess daily patient care needs and develop and distribute patient care assignments appropriately
- Act as the subject matter expert and resource for staff members
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing (R.N.)
- Registered and licensed to practice in the applicable State
- Minimum of 12 months of nursing experience, plus 6 months of specialized experience providing clinical nursing care to dialysis patients
