The Apple Retail Merchandising division captivates our clientele by facilitating the exploration, understanding, and acquisition of Apple products, services, and accessories through enhanced product displays and immersive discovery experiences.

The mission of the Geo Retail Merchandising team is to execute, tailor, and enhance the global strategy within the region.


The Merchandising Programs & Readiness Manager is tasked with developing merchandising communications and engagement strategies across the AMR region to bolster our Retail teams.

Key Responsibilities:
In close collaboration with cross-functional Global Retail Support (GRS) teams, including AMR Ownership Operations, Retail Engagement & Marketing, WW Visual and Product Merchandising teams, as well as counterparts in APAC and EMEIA, this role will facilitate structured merchandising communications, engaging initiatives, and effective training as an innovative and collaborative partner.

* Develop strategies and content for merchandising engagement and communications for both flagship and accessory products.
* Collaborate with WW Merchandising and AMR Field Merchandising teams to create a rhythm and content that engages and supports store personnel.
* Work alongside the AMR Field Merchandising team to ensure consistent execution and development of the Store Presentation Review (SPR) program.
* Partner with cross-functional teams for Apple campaigns and promotions to represent the merchandising organization.
* Oversee NPI/Reset readiness communications regarding tasks and deliverables, as well as AMR merchandising communications for Store Leadership.
* Collaborate with Geo-based teams to provide region-specific insights to the WW Merchandising team.
* Lead Geo expansion projects from a merchandising perspective.
* Manage the AMR Merchandising editorial calendar to guarantee a consistent and accurate Plan of Record.
* Contribute to an inclusive atmosphere by respecting diverse perspectives and demonstrating curiosity to learn, while embodying Apple's values of inclusion and diversity in daily activities.
Minimum Qualifications:
* 10+ years of experience in merchandising, marketing, training, retail operations, or related fields.
* Bachelor's degree (Business, Marketing, or related fields preferred) or equivalent industry experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
* Exceptional program management capabilities.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously while prioritizing deliverables for speed and accuracy.
* Experience navigating ambiguity and influencing change with organizational agility.
* Outstanding verbal and written communication skills, including proficiency in Keynote presentations.
* Exceptional attention to detail.
* Proficient storyteller, capable of simplifying and synthesizing information to create engaging narratives and compelling content.
* Strong decision-making skills with experience in planning and organization.
Compensation & Benefits:
At Apple, base salary is one component of our comprehensive compensation package and is determined within a range. This allows for progression as you grow and develop within your role. The base salary range for this position is between $133,900 and $255,400, with actual salary depending on skills, qualifications, experience, and location.
Apple employees have the opportunity to become shareholders through participation in Apple's discretionary employee stock programs.

Employees are also eligible for discretionary restricted stock unit awards and can purchase Apple stock at a discount through the Employee Stock Purchase Plan.
