Position Summary

Far Ridgeline Engagements LLC, a subsidiary of QinetiQ US, is seeking a seasoned professional in Identity & Signature Management (ISM) or Identity & Data Management (IdDM) to deliver high-level advisory services to a Department of Defense client. Candidates should possess a minimum of ten years of experience in ISM/IdDM, complemented by advanced certifications in operational support.

Key Responsibilities

  • Formulate policies, procedures, and strategies to ensure compliance for clients
  • Conduct assessments of legal, policy, and operational viability
  • Design training programs to address current and future client requirements
  • Facilitate mission requirements through stakeholder meetings
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to team members to support client objectives
  • Prepare various documentation, including reports, presentations, and strategic plans
  • Establish communication strategies for both internal and external stakeholders
  • Willingness to travel up to 25%, including potential short-term overseas assignments

Required Qualifications

  • TS/SCI with CI Poly clearance
  • Over 10 years of experience in IdDM or ISM within the Department of Defense
  • Completion of Advanced Planners Course (APC) or equivalent
  • Experience collaborating with senior military personnel
  • Proficient in briefing and engaging with key stakeholders

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in drafting and coordinating operational support plans utilizing risk management frameworks.
