Position Summary: Logistics Associate

The Logistics Associate plays a crucial role in driving sales and delivering outstanding customer service, while actively engaging with customers and demonstrating a high level of product knowledge and expertise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive store sales and growth through direct customer engagement
  • Proactively interact with customers, interpreting cues and responding appropriately
  • Assist customers in finding the perfect fit by asking insightful questions
  • Convert returns and promotions into increased sales opportunities
  • Provide a friendly and efficient checkout experience, accurately processing transactions at the Point of Sale
  • Reinforce customer purchasing decisions at checkout and encourage additional item purchases
  • Maintain the cash wrap area and manage returns effectively
  • When involved in processing and replenishment:
    • Prepare merchandise for the sales floor and uphold backroom standards
    • Ensure product availability on the sales floor by replenishing stock to brand standards
    • Assist with various projects including markdowns and inventory management
  • When participating in floor set activities:
    • Execute floor sets with proficiency
    • Understand and adhere to brand visual standards
    • Support the maintenance of backroom organization to facilitate efficient replenishment

Salary Range:
Minimum Salary: $11.00
Maximum Salary: $13.75

Victoria's Secret provides an estimated compensation range for this role. Actual compensation will be determined based on various relevant factors, including skills, experience, and geographic location.
