Job Summary

As a Warranty Customer Care Manager at Fischer Homes, you will be responsible for ensuring customer satisfaction with their residential construction warranty. This role requires a passionate problem solver who can develop strategic interventions to resolve customer issues.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage residential construction warranty service requests
  • Develop and implement cost-effective solutions to warranty service issues
  • Schedule and perform customer issue tracking for closed communities and one year after warranty
  • Provide accurate and complete documentation on all service-related paperwork
  • Process issues while considering scope of work, supplier performance, and Trade Partner performance
Requirements
  • Exceptional organization skills using databases and scheduling platforms
  • Customer service motivation and eagerness to deliver the best experience
  • Effective communication skills that adapt to different individuals
Physical Demands and Work Environment
  • Ability to sit or stand for long periods and walk on various terrain, including uneven surfaces, construction sites, and residential properties
  • Utilization of sensory skills and technology to communicate with Associates and customers
  • Ability to perform movements such as bending, stooping, reaching, pushing, grasping, etc.
  • Ability to climb permanent stairs, temporary stairs, and ladders
  • Physical strength and stamina to perform tasks such as lifting approximately 50 lbs. unassisted
  • Ability to endure and be exposed to different conditions, including weather and substances
  • Ability to properly use and wear protective gear provided
  • Ability to travel to job sites regularly
