About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a CSR/Teller in our Hyde Park location. As a key member of our financial center team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, handling daily transactions, and resolving customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide excellent customer care, addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues in accordance with Fifth Third Bank policies.
  • Refer customers to business partners for products and services, promoting cross-selling and upselling opportunities.
  • Maintain a high level of knowledge of retail policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with bank regulations.
  • Work collaboratively with the platform team to maintain the efficient operation of the office, ensuring accurate balancing and resolving any discrepancies.
  • Consistently meet or exceed sales referrals, as set by management, through proactive sales efforts and effective customer engagement.
Requirements
  • High school diploma/GED required.
  • Ability to perform advanced math functions and handle cash transactions accurately.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably and confidently with customers and colleagues.
  • Ability to work in a team environment, with a positive attitude and a willingness to learn and adapt to changing situations.
