Location: Issaquah, WA
Work Schedule:
- 8-Hour Day Shift (Monday & Tuesday) from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver care to clients according to their individualized Care Plans
- Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks
- Help prepare and serve meals
- Provide transportation for clients to appointments and errands
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Document and update client care records accurately
