Location: Issaquah, WA

Work Schedule:

  • 8-Hour Day Shift (Monday & Tuesday) from 9:30 AM to 5:30 PM

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver care to clients according to their individualized Care Plans
  • Assist clients with personal hygiene tasks
  • Help prepare and serve meals
  • Provide transportation for clients to appointments and errands
  • Maintain a safe and secure environment
  • Document and update client care records accurately
