Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to oversee and drive the maintenance activities of our manufacturing facility. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading and supervising a team of maintenance technicians in daily operations, overseeing preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment, and coordinating with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute maintenance tasks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and supervise a team of maintenance technicians in daily operations
  • Oversee preventive maintenance schedules for machinery and equipment
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to prioritize and execute maintenance tasks
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and equipment status
  • Lead root cause analyses and implement corrective actions
  • Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance maintenance processes and reduce operational costs
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent industry experience
  • 5 years of experience in maintenance management, preferably within a manufacturing environment
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Proven track record of improving maintenance processes and driving operational efficiency
  • Lean Six Sigma or other relevant certifications are advantageous
