About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Seasonal Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Kohl's. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Engage with customers, provide assistance with products and services, and operate a cash register with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Meet or exceed individual goals, such as credit and loyalty targets.
  • Support inventory accuracy by accurately completing point of sale and merchandise disposition practices.
  • Participate in daily service processes, including register and cash balancing, change orders, and replenishing supplies.
  • Act with integrity, honesty, and foster teamwork in an inclusive culture.
Requirements
  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to multitask with strong attention to detail.
  • Verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills.
  • No retail experience required, but a flexible availability, including days, nights, weekends, and holidays, is essential.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Client-facing retail or service industry experience.
