Ambulatory Care Nurse Lead

**Job Summary**
The Ambulatory Care Nurse Lead plays a vital role in providing exceptional patient care and support to patients and their families. This position works closely with practice leadership to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies in delivering patient care services. The Ambulatory Care Nurse Lead will perform duties within the scope of practice, adhering to hospital and WakeMed Physician Practices policies, procedures, standards of care, standing orders, and evidence-based guidelines. Additionally, this role will support the mission, values, and management of WakeMed Physician Practices.
**Responsibilities**
• Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients and their families
• Collaborate with practice leadership to ensure consistent standards of practice and competencies
• Perform duties within the scope of practice, adhering to hospital and WakeMed Physician Practices policies and procedures
• Support the mission, values, and management of WakeMed Physician Practices
**Requirements**
• 2 Years of experience in a nursing-related area
• Graduate degree in Nursing required, Bachelor's degree in Nursing preferred
• Registered Nurse licensure required
**Work Schedule**
No weekend requirements, no call requirements
