As a Service Technician I, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal performance of Canon-supported products. Your primary responsibility will be to deliver exceptional service and maintenance, adhering to the highest standards of quality and efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and report product failure trends and serviceability concerns, maintaining thorough documentation to support accurate record-keeping.
  • Address customer needs by providing prompt and precise maintenance services, whether in the field, shop, or onsite.
  • Ensure meticulous upkeep of all technical documentation, including Field Service Reports and Expense Reports.
  • Exhibit strong communication skills to foster customer satisfaction and maintain positive relationships.
  • Monitor and enhance the performance of assigned equipment.
  • Contribute to achieving branch and district performance metrics.

Qualifications:
To excel in this role, you should possess:
  • A High School diploma or equivalent experience.
  • A foundational understanding of internet environments and the ability to complete the introductory training period successfully.
  • A valid driver's license and a clean driving record, with the ability to travel as required.
  • Compliance with customer security protocols to gain access to their premises.
  • The physical capability to lift up to 50 pounds and remain active for extended periods.
