Job Summary

We're seeking a highly motivated and experienced Radiology Technician to join our team in Wilton, Connecticut. As a Radiology Technician with TotalMed Allied, you'll have the opportunity to work with a variety of patients, from pediatrics to gerontology, and develop your skills in imaging modalities such as X-ray, CT, MRI, and ultrasound.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct radiologic procedures on patients under the guidance of a radiologist or other licensed practitioner
  • Operate and maintain radiologic equipment, including X-ray machines, CT scanners, MRI machines, and ultrasound units
  • Position patients for optimal image quality and ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures
  • Develop and implement radiation protection protocols to minimize patient exposure
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient information, exam results, and procedure outcomes
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you'll need:

  • A degree in Radiologic Technology or a related field
  • Current certification as a Registered Technologist (RT) in Radiography or a related specialty
  • 1-2 years of experience in radiologic technology, preferably in a hospital or clinical setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team

  • An estimated salary range of $85,000-$110,000 per year, based on location and experience
  • A tax-free stipend to help offset living expenses while on assignment
