Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in a related field and a minimum of 9 years of experience in engineering and project management
  • Strong technical knowledge and experience in electrical power conversion engineering, underwater sensors and communications, and systems engineering
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills
  • Ability to analyze complex technical problems and develop effective solutions
  • Experience with Earned Value Management System and MS Office
Preferred Qualifications:
  • Master's degree in a related field and a minimum of 7 years of experience in engineering and project management
  • Experience with Agile Product Development and Model Based Systems Engineering
  • Ability to obtain and maintain a DOD Secret Security Clearance
