5. Assist in the management of departmental operations and financial performance.
6. Engage in business development efforts and foster client relationships to promote our services.
7. Support hiring managers in making informed staffing decisions.
8. Lead and mentor junior team members, enhancing their professional growth.
9. Collaborate across departments to achieve project goals.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering, Geological Engineering, Geology, or a related field is essential.
- A minimum of 12 years of relevant experience in the geotechnical field.
- Current designation as a senior reviewer at your present or past organization is required.
- A valid Professional Engineer (P.E.) or Professional Geologist (P.G.) license is mandatory in the states where you operate.
- A valid driver's license is necessary if driving for company-related activities.
