Job Title: Senior Retail Sales Associate

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Senior Retail Sales Associate to join our team at Harbor Freight Tools. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, driving sales growth, and maintaining a positive store environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide a great customer experience by answering questions, making recommendations, and resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Drive sales growth by upselling and cross-selling products, and maintaining a thorough knowledge of our products and services.
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and organized store environment, including receiving and stocking merchandise, and performing visual merchandising tasks.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive store culture.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to improve sales and customer service skills.
Requirements:
  • Must be at least 18 years old.
  • Preferred: 1 year experience in retail or customer service.
  • Ability to communicate clearly with customers and colleagues.
  • Open availability with the ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
  • Ability to lift, bend, kneel, climb, crawl, and/or twist, and safely climb up/down a ladder.
