Stocking Associate Job Description

Burlington Stores, Inc. is seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Stocking Associate to join our team. As a Stocking Associate, you will play a critical role in ensuring our stores remain stocked with the merchandise our customers want.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Receive and process freight and shipments from the shipping/receiving platform to the backroom
  • Process, ticket, store, move, and display merchandise on the sales floor
  • Stock, organize, and present new merchandise on the sales floor
  • Perform other tasks as assigned by manager from time to time

Requirements:

  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including nights, weekends, and holidays as required
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills
  • Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
