About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Retail Sales Associate PT to join our team at US Foods. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service, maintaining a clean and organized store environment, and assisting with sales floor and stocking duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide fast, easy, and efficient service to customers, ensuring a positive shopping experience.
  • Assist with sales floor and stocking duties, including receiving inventory shipments and maintaining shelves in a neat and orderly fashion.
  • Ensure a continuing focus on increasing sales and managing shrinkage, working with customers to find the products they need and promoting services available in the store.
  • Perform cart-to-cart transfer of products at checkout, including a visual inspection to look for product tampering.
  • Assist with price changes, inventory processes, and special store events as directed by store management.
Requirements
  • Minimum 6-12 months of retail cashier and/or stocking experience required.
  • A minimum of one year of retail selling and/or customer service experience is preferred.
  • Must possess the desire and ability to deliver exceptional customer service and adaptability to assist other employees.
  • Must be motivated and self-driven with the ability to multi-task, prioritize, and work independently or within a team.
  • Must be able to work a flexible hourly schedule, including holidays and weekends.
