About the Role

Soliant Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team in a school setting. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for providing direct therapy services to students with speech and language disorders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify students' speech and language needs, and develop individualized education plans (IEPs) to address these needs.
  • Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with teachers, parents, and other professionals to ensure seamless communication and coordination of services.
  • Professional Development: Stay up-to-date with the latest evidence-based practices and interventions, and participate in ongoing professional development to enhance your skills and knowledge.
  • Documentation and Progress Monitoring: Accurately document student progress and maintain accurate records of assessments, interventions, and progress.
  • IEP Meetings and Recommendations: Participate in IEP meetings and provide professional recommendations to support student success.
  • Screenings and Evaluations: Conduct screenings and evaluations to identify students in need of speech-language services.
Requirements
  • Education: Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Certification: ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP).
  • Licensure: Valid Arizona state licensure in Speech-Language Pathology.
  • Experience: Experience working in a school setting is preferred.
  • Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively as part of a multidisciplinary team.
