We have an exciting opportunity for a skilled and caring Nursing Support Specialist to join our team at Seasons Retirement Community. As a part-time employee, you will work from 7AM to 7PM and play a vital role in ensuring the well-being of our residents.

About the Position:

  • This role involves providing direct care to residents, including assisting with daily living activities, monitoring vital signs, and supporting their overall health and well-being.
  • You will work collaboratively with our healthcare team to develop and implement individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • We are seeking someone who is passionate about delivering exceptional care, working effectively in a team environment, and communicating clearly and respectfully with residents, families, and colleagues.

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Contribute to the development and implementation of individualized care plans that meet the unique needs of each resident.
  • Assist with medication reminders, skin care, and other nursing rehabilitation/restorative nursing services.
  • Provide emotional and social support to residents, promoting their independence and dignity.
  • Attend all required training, in-service, and staff meetings to stay up-to-date on best practices and company policies.

Qualifications: A High School Diploma or General Education Degree; or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience. CNA licensure if required by state. Basic computer skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment. Competitive salary range of $18-$22 per hour, plus comprehensive benefits including health, dental, vision, and retirement plans.
