Job Summary

We are seeking a compassionate Physical Therapist Assistant to join our team at our Skilled Nursing Facility in Cincinnati, Ohio. As a Physical Therapist Assistant, you will work under the clinical supervision of a licensed Physical Therapist to provide direct care to our patients.

Responsibilities

  • Provide direct patient care services as part of an interdisciplinary team.
  • Implement treatment plans developed by licensed Physical Therapists.
  • Document patient progress and communicate with healthcare team members.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy environment for patients and staff.

Requirements

  • Ongoing licensure as a Physical Therapist Assistant (PTA) in Ohio.
  • Associate's degree in Physical Therapist Assistant studies or related field.
