- Maintain accurate prescription information and records.
- Understand and follow Medicare Part B requirements.
- Troubleshoot rejected claims and billing issues.
- Assist customers with Medicare Part D questions.
- Maintain proper nursing home filling procedures.
- Stay up-to-date with new and changing technologies.
- Be flexible and adapt to new or changing work roles and responsibilities.
- Assist with tasks in the store or nearby locations as needed.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Currently registered or willing to become a certified pharmacy technician in the state of MN.
- Excellent customer service skills, attention to detail, and ability to maintain patient confidentiality.
