Teletriage Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant Part Time VA/OH

Eventus WholeHealth is seeking a skilled Teletriage Nurse Practitioner/Physician Assistant to provide remote medical services to patients in skilled nursing and assisted living facilities. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care, utilizing your clinical judgment and critical thinking skills to triage needs and provide guidance, treatments, and care.
Key Responsibilities- Provide primary-care and acute psychiatry services in accordance with Eventus site-specific protocols and consistent with the standard of care for the specialty of family medicine, geriatric medicine, and/or internal medicine.
- Manage facility and other partners relationships, organization, patient consents, CCM, and billing.
- Utilize clinical judgment and critical thinking to appropriately triage needs and provide guidance, treatments, and care to residents of Eventus facilities.
- Manage multiple messages and prioritize based on acuity.
- Provide triage services per established protocol policy.
- Master's degree in Nursing from an accredited educational institution and a current and valid license to practice advanced practice nursing issued by the state where you are providing teletriage.
- Specialization in geriatric, family, or internal medicine desired.
- ALF or SNF experience desired.
- Licensed in VA and OH to start.
