About the Role

This is a unique opportunity to work in a dynamic and innovative environment, providing primary care and acute outpatient services to Advocate Health employees and their covered family members. As an Occupational Medicine Specialist, you will be responsible for providing Workers' Comp cases for Atrium Health only and some limited occupational medicine exams (DOT).

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide primary care and acute outpatient services to Advocate Health employees and their covered family members
  • Conduct Workers' Comp cases for Atrium Health only and some limited occupational medicine exams (DOT)
  • Work autonomously, with additional staff to include RN and/or CMA
  • Manage a typical patient volume of 12-14/day
  • Participate in call responsibility about every 12 weeks (nurse triage first) but no hospital work
Requirements
  • Minimum of 2-4 years of experience required in Occupational Medicine, Family Medicine, Emergency Medicine, or Urgent Care
  • NC and SC Licensure and DEA; SC license can be obtained after start
  • American Heart Association BLS
  • Ability to work autonomously
