Job Summary

The Senior Administrative Assistant will provide high-level administrative support to the Finance VP - International Therapeutics, Finance Director - IMCO, and Finance Senior Director - Intercontinental. This role will be responsible for managing calendars, arranging travel, processing expense reports, and providing event planning support.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage and maintain calendars, including meeting and travel scheduling, and coordinate logistics for domestic and international flights, lodging, and ground transportation.
  • Process expense reports and ensure timely and accurate reimbursement.
  • Coordinate and support on- and off-site meeting logistics, events, and department activities.
  • Proactively identify and resolve scheduling conflicts.
  • Work independently to ensure timely and organized administration support needs are effectively addressed.
  • Prepare a variety of correspondence, agendas, reports, and other materials using word processing, spreadsheets, and database applications.
  • Perform purchasing of goods and services as required, in compliance with company purchasing procedures.
  • Review and proofread documents, records, and forms for accuracy and completeness, and input, modify, and update data in systems and records as necessary.
  • Collect and compile data and other information for inclusion in special and periodic reports.
