Job SummaryUnder the supervision of the RN Unit Manager or DON, the LPN will provide high-quality nursing care to residents/patients, coordinate care plans, and supervise nursing assistants. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and demonstrate a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
Responsibilities- Provide direct nursing care to residents/patients, including administering medications, wound care, and vital sign monitoring
- Develop and implement individualized care plans, in collaboration with the interdisciplinary team
- Supervise and direct nursing assistants in the delivery of resident/patient care
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives and contribute to a culture of safety and excellence
- Current LPN licensure in the state
- Basic Life Support (BLS) certification
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
