**Job Summary**
We are seeking a highly skilled Mission Manager to join our team at BAE Systems USA. As a Mission Manager, you will play a critical role in supporting the national security strategy of the United States by analyzing complex situations, developing actionable intelligence, and providing briefings to support customer missions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze complex situations and develop actionable intelligence to support customer missions
- Provide briefings and support to customers to inform their decision-making
- Work collaboratively with a team to validate information from multiple sources and create packages to inform customers
- Lead mission partners in an around-the-clock operational environment
- Travel may be required for short-term needs
Requirements:
- Active Top Secret security clearance with polygraph
- Bachelor's degree and five years of experience in the operational community, or High School diploma and eight years of experience
- Seven years of experience working in a professional environment, leading people
- Demonstrated experience with crisis management in high-risk or high-consequence environments
- Knowledge of the customer's life cycle and operations, and ability to support them and assist in execution
- Ability to think critically and communicate complex information accurately and clearly
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
- Confidence to deliver clear and concise briefings
- Ability to travel overseas for short-term needs
- Willingness to work a rotating shift
Preferred Qualifications:
- Mission Integration, Dynamic ISR Operations, and ability to drive operational decisions
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and deliver results
- Strong interpersonal communication skills and team collaboration to promote ideas and information sharing
- Previous management or program leadership experience
Benefits:
- Full-Time Salary Range: $112,420 - $191,070
