Key Responsibilities

  • Utilize Solution Selling skills and technical expertise to close orders effectively.
  • Exceed sales targets in a high-volume inbound RFQ environment.
  • Develop and maintain strong, value-driven relationships with key customers.
  • Provide technical product knowledge and specifications to clients.
  • Increase sales volume, product mix, and profit margin in designated accounts.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to meet customer priorities and ensure satisfaction.
  • Manage customer accounts and information in CRM systems.
  • Analyze and interpret customer needs from RFQs and project specifications.
  • Negotiate pricing and generate proposals using CRM systems.

Requirements

  • 6+ years of experience in sales, preferably with shower door sales.
  • Proficient in CRM systems and computer savvy.
  • Preferably experienced with HubSpot or similar software.
  • Demonstrated success across all sales processes, from planning to closing.
  • Strong time management and discipline in task organization.
  • Excellent listening, negotiating, and presenting skills.
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.
  • Consistently exceeds sales KPIs.

Compensation and Benefits

Our compensation package is designed to attract and reward top performers in the sales industry, offering both stability and the potential for significant earnings through performance. Here's a breakdown of what you can expect:

Base Salary: $50,000 guaranteed, providing financial stability.

Commission Potential: Opportunity to earn $50,000+ in commissions from provided inbound leads, making it feasible to surpass $100,000 annually in total earnings.

Earning Potential: No cap on commissions. Your success in closing deals directly boosts your compensation, with total earnings starting at $100,000+.
