Senior Nursing Professional for Long Term Care

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our team at SSM Health. As a Senior Nursing Professional, you will play a vital role in providing exceptional care to our residents in a long-term care setting.
Job SummaryThis position requires a graduate of an accredited school of nursing with no experience required. You will be responsible for providing quality care to acute, subacute, and chronically ill residents, administering medications and treatments according to standards of care, and maintaining competency in all required nursing skills.
Responsibilities- Provides quality care to residents, including assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation of individualized plans of care.
- Administers medications and treatments according to standards of care and maintains accurate records.
- Ensures coordination of care with other healthcare professionals and provides guidance and direction to auxiliary staff.
- Maintains accurate inventory of medications and ensures proper distribution to residents.
- Responds promptly to alarms and ensures resident safety at all times.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
- Basic Life Support HealthCare Provider (BLS HCP) certification
- Registered Nurse (RN) license in the state of work location or compact multi-state license
This is a 40-hour per week position with day shifts in a fast-paced long-term care environment. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a team setting.
CompensationThe estimated annual salary for this position is $85,000-$110,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
