Automation Personnel Services is seeking a qualified Certified Forklift Operator for a reputable organization.
Compensation
$19.00 per hour
Work Schedule
Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Key Responsibilities
- Operate both stand-up and sit-down forklifts efficiently.
- Pull orders and manage the loading and unloading of containers.
- Receive and process incoming stock and materials, ensuring proper organization.
- Handle super sacks, chemicals, and various materials safely.
- Adhere to workplace safety protocols at all times.
Qualifications
- Availability for overtime and weekend shifts as required.
- Current and valid forklift certification is mandatory.
- A minimum of 2 years of experience operating sit-down slip sheet and/or clamp forklifts.
- At least 3 years of overall forklift operation experience.
- Successful completion of a drug screening and background check is required.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs (lifting assessment conducted in the office).
- Steel-toe boots are necessary for this role.
Employment Type
Full-time, with potential for permanent placement.
