New Perspective Caregiver Opportunity

We are seeking compassionate and dedicated Caregivers to join our team at New Perspective in West Fargo, ND. As a Caregiver, you will play a vital role in providing quality resident care and services, as well as life engagement activities.

Responsibilities:
  • Assist residents with activities of daily living according to individual care plans
  • Observe residents and report to nursing any changes in physical, mental, and emotional condition
  • Communicate and interact in a professional, respectful, and hospitable manner
Qualifications:
  • High school diploma or equivalency required
  • CNA or NA required
  • Ability to prioritize and organize work effectively and efficiently
  • Ability to read, write, speak & understand the English language
  • Med Passer experience & lead experience preferred
